We actively ask for feedback from patients and during 2015 we gathered information about our services from over 13,000 people across the UK.
From this feedback we gain a great understanding of how people feel about our services - giving commissioners and our local teams the information they need to tailor and improve services.
A rounded view
To make sure we can make the most of the feedback we receive, we have a variety of surveys to capture specific information – including booking, screening, DNA and stakeholder surveys.
We also make sure it’s easy for patients to provide feedback by offering a variety of ways to let us know their thoughts – including in clinics, on our website, via social media, over the phone and also by post.
